Description
Dices, strip cuts, slices from a variety of products such as: Carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, and much more. A wide range of cutting size parts are available. The machine is fed from a hopper on the side where the product enters the centrifugal impeller. The impeller has flights that carry the product to the slicing knife, this is a stationary knife. The machine has a gate adjustment to set the thickness of the first cut. The product then travels to the Circular assembly then to the Crosscut for the final of the 3 dimensional cut.
Capacity is 800 KG per 1 millimeter of slice thickness per hour.
